The Term of this Agreement (the "Terms and Conditions") will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the services, which will be deemed completed by Raven Heir Tracing LLP's owner(s), manager(s), or staff. The Term of this Agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

The Client (you or your organization) agrees to engage Raven Heir Tracing LLP to provide professional heir tracing, probate genealogy, and research services, including but not limited to the following:

• Probate Genealogy

• Beneficiary Identification

• Missing Heir Research

• Next-of-Kin Research

• Estate Research

• Family History Research

• Genealogical Research

• Family Tree Reconstruction

• Historical Records Research

• Vital Records Research

• Probate File Research

• Estate Settlement Research

• Document Retrieval

• Archive Research

• Research Reporting

Raven Heir Tracing LLP agrees to provide such services to The Client. The services may also include any other research or heir tracing tasks mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing.

Assignment Forms

The Client is required to complete our assignment form so that we may receive complete case details and instructions. All information known to The Client regarding the estate, deceased individual, beneficiaries, heirs, or persons being researched must be provided within the assignment form before work commences.

Information provided separately by telephone or through individual email messages may be overlooked and, therefore, Raven Heir Tracing LLP cannot be responsible for omitted or incomplete information that was not included in the assignment form.

Should additional information become available after submission, The Client should submit a new assignment form referencing the existing file number together with the additional information. Confirmation of receipt should be obtained from our office.

The Client warrants that all information supplied is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

Researchers assigned to a file will only receive information necessary to complete the assignment while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Research Services

Raven Heir Tracing LLP conducts professional genealogical and investigative research using publicly available records, subscription databases, archival resources, government registries where legally accessible, historical documents, and other lawful information sources.

Research services are billed according to the quoted flat fee or hourly rate agreed upon before commencement of work unless otherwise specified in writing.

Because every estate and family history investigation is unique, time required to complete a file will vary. Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Additional research requested by The Client after commencement of the file may result in additional fees, which will be discussed prior to proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

No Guarantee of Results

Although Raven Heir Tracing LLP maintains a high success rate in locating heirs and beneficiaries, no guarantee can be made that an individual will be identified or located.

Research results depend upon the availability, completeness, and accuracy of public records, archival material, third-party databases, and other lawful sources beyond our control.

The Client acknowledges that:

• not every heir can be located;

• historical records may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable;

• records maintained by third parties may contain errors;

• some jurisdictions restrict access to genealogical information;

• delays may occur while waiting for archives, registries, courts, or government agencies.

Payment for research compensates Raven Heir Tracing LLP for the professional time, expertise, resources, and lawful investigative efforts undertaken, and not for any guaranteed outcome.

Accordingly, all research services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Confidentiality

Raven Heir Tracing LLP treats every assignment as strictly confidential.

All information obtained from The Client, as well as all information developed during the course of research, shall remain confidential except where disclosure is:

• required by law;

• authorized by The Client in writing; or

• reasonably necessary to complete the agreed services.

Likewise, The Client agrees to keep confidential all reports, research findings, family trees, supporting documentation, and proprietary methodologies supplied by Raven Heir Tracing LLP except where disclosure is necessary for legal or estate administration purposes.

These confidentiality obligations survive completion or termination of this Agreement.
